I scheduled my appointment on COB’s website. Jack messaged me first thing the next morning to confirm the type of vehicle I had. He also asked for pictures to make sure they had all the supplies they needed when they came. He had constant communication all the way up to my appointment time. Even Summer text me to give me her time arrival time. She worked thru the rain and stayed longer to finish. She was extremely thorough and left the inside of the truck spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Great customer service which is extremely hard to find these days.
